Responsibilities:
✅Providing check-in assistance in terms of ticketing and reservations
✅Should the need to arise, she/he is required to help the passenger in rebooking of itineraries and boarding for passengers
✅Providing accurate information about the flight’s arrival and departure times to the clients.
✅Greeting and assisting customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner

Requirements
✅Proficient in Mandarin and English language.
✅At least completed 2 years in college or Bachelor's degree holder.
✅With 6 months of Customer Service experience in the BPO industry.
✅Amenable to work in Davao City
