Position : Korean Client Service Specialist
Industry: Online Gaming Company
Salary: Php 80,000- Php 100,000 NET
Location: Makati City
Work Schedule: Dayshift (Must be amenable for shifting schedule)
Work Set-up: Work onsite
Requirements:
✅Korean National present in the Philippines
✅Open to Highschool Graduates
✅Proficient in English language
✅Must have at least 1 year Customer Service or Betting work experience
Responsibilities:
✅Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of Korean customers through phone calls, emails and messages
✅Maintain strong and lasting customer relationship
✅Prepare required reports for the issues submitted by customers
✅Coordinate with the Supervisor for escalation of concerns or feedback
Recruitment Process:
✅Initial Interview with Filipino HR
✅Language Assessment (Translation Exam)
✅Hiring Manager’s Interview
