📌 Company Profile: This company is the biggest solutions and service company which supports Top 10 Biggest Logistics and Freight Forwarding companies around the world. They manage the clients’ invoice audit, Payment processing of sellers and buyers.
📌 Position: Mandarin Data Analyst
📌 Industry: Logistics Company
📌 Schedule: Mid shift (12:00 noon - 9:00 pm)
📌 Location: Cebu City
📌 Salary: P 80,000 - P 85,000
📌 Setup: Work Onsite
📌 Requirements:
✔ Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing Mandarin
✔ With excellent communications skills in English
✔ With Bachelor’s Degree with any related courses
✔ With experience in logistics industry
✔ Has Customer facing experience
✔ Has Data Analysis experience

📌 Responsibilities:
✔ Quickly develops a deep understanding of assigned and Customer processes, and how these are met within the system
✔ Builds relationships across partner organizations, serving as a subject matter expert
Actively manages assigned accounts, providing timely assistance and/or guidances on how to resolve billing concerns or issues
✔ Ensures strong reasoning provided for all Audit decisions, in line with requirements; accountable for the accurate and timely delivery of analysis and reports
✔ Manages KPIs and Metrics with the goal of ultimately increasing overall customer satisfaction with products and services
✔ Ensure that actions and reports are delivered on-time and invoices are paid in a timely fashion
✔ Acts as one team, supporting other team members, actively seeking and providing feedback, participating in regular coaching and development, and building a strong team culture
✔ Proactively identifies risks or process gaps to the TL, ensuring that mitigation plans are in place, working to resolve or escalate issues a timely manner
✔ Acts as an advocate for continuous improvement, identifying opportunities and efficiencies in the role/ or supply chain is an advantage
