Position: Cantonese Executive Assistant
Location: Makati City

Work Set-up: Work onsite

Responsibilities:
✅Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executive(s).
✅Organise and prepare for meetings, including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings.
✅Prioritise emails and respond when necessary.
✅Responsible for the connection between the department and the financial aspects, as well as the financial accounting of the centre.
✅Prepare and execute budgets to ensure effective use of funds.
✅Effectively do a good job in the docking and coordination between departments and cross-departments.

Requirements:
✅Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree related to Accounting or Engineering (Accounting Technology,
Accountancy, Financial Management, etc.)
✅Must be proficient in Cantonese and English language (Written and Oral).
✅Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel.
✅With good communication, analytical and problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
✅Detail-oriented, well-organized, and has the ability to multitask.
✅Administrative work experience is preferred.
