Position: Korean Mobile Associate

Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: DAYSHIFT (WEEKENDS OFF)
Work Setup: Onsite

Requirements:
• Korean National Fluent in English
• Can speak English fluently
• Must be Bachelor's Degree graduate
• With experience at least 6 months in Customer Service Support
• Amenable to work onsite in Training period
• Open to Fresh Graduates

Responsibilities:
✔Responsible in addressing and handling inquiries of clients through phone calls, emails and messages
✔Provide guidance to the clients how to use the applications
✔Assisting clients in web - based registration process regarding to the request of contract or pricing
✔Responsible to conduct outbound call to get suppliers registration
