Position: Japanese speaking Online Shopping Specialist – (Japanese language Only)
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 105,000
Employer: Philippine Company (Online Shopping)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
👉🏽 Can speak Japanese well and basic English
👉🏽 Basic English only
👉🏽 No JLPT required / must have Japanese culture
👉🏽 Has customer service background is an advantage
👉🏽 Knows how to speak to Japanese nationals
👉🏽 Has worked in different BPO firms
Responsibilities:
👉🏽 Answer calls about delivery time
👉🏽 Answer calls about available stocks of a particular item
👉🏽 Answer calls about colour and sizes
👉🏽 Answer calls about mode of payment if credit card or cash on delivery
👉🏽 Answer calls about refund if any
