Requirements:
• Open to Japanese National located in Philippines and Abroad

• English or Tagalog communication skill

Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat
• General customer support and address the concerns of clients
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities
• B2B support for payment operations
Explain the payment method
• Other Duties as Assigned
