Position: Japanese Virtual Executive Assistant
Industry: Prestigious Global management Consultancy Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 120,000 (Highly Negotiable)
Shift: Monday to Friday (8AM to 6PM)
Work set-up: Hybrid (Training will be onsite)

Requirement:
⭕Filipino or Dual Citizen or Japanese with permanent Visa
⭕Fluent in both Japanese and English (Oral and Written)
⭕Open to JLPT N1-N3 Passer or Level
⭕Bachelor’s Degree Holder of any
⭕Excellent communication skill
⭕With experience as an Executive Assistant is a big advantage

Responsibilities:
⭕Arrange Meetings and coordinate with the people needed by the Manager
⭕Maintaining calendars of Japanese Executives based in Japan
⭕Planning and scheduling meetings and conferences
⭕Scheduling the Travel of the Top Managers such as booking flights and hotels
⭕Drafting letters and emails for the Japanese executive
⭕Manage the Manager’s Expenses, Calls, Calendars, documents and more
