JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Open for Non- bachelor’s degree holder.
✨ With 3 years work experience in corporate travel arrangement.
✨ Willing to attend face-to-face interview.
✨ Willing to start immediately.
✨ Amendable to work onsite.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage bookings of flight, hotels, and car rentals.
✨ Manage ticket issuance, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
✨ Monitor Amadeus and other GDS queues daily.
✨ Handles answering all calls withing 3 rings.
✨ Responsible in assisting customers and other travel-related inquiries or issues.
