Position: French Customer Travel Support

Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 80,000
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 6:00 pm | Weekends off: Saturday - Sunday
Work Setup: Work Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤ Preferably Filipino nationals who can speak French and English language on a conversational level
➤ Open for Filipino or Foreign national who has a permanent visa in the Philippines and need visa support
➤ Degree Holder in Hospitality, Tourism, Business or relevant field
➤ Customer driven personality. Problem solver and not complainer
➤ Excellent oral and written communication skills
➤ Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
➤ Creative mind with superb written and verbal communication skills

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤ Research all information regarding weather conditions, local customs, language, currency, and events to make the journey enjoyable.
➤ Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, travel partners, and other stakeholders.
➤ Input of all relevant data into system, overseeing sending of invoices and payments to suppliers, follow-up payments if necessary in coordination with accounting department
➤ Communicate with clients via phone, mail, or in person about the travel itineraries and address any concerns or questions they may have during or after their trip.
➤ Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees
➤ Prepare marketing and promotional methods to sell tour itinerary packages.
