JOB REQUIREMENTS:
👉 8-12 years of experience in BPO/IT/ITES management.
👉 Strong leadership and communication skills.
👉 Proven problem-solving and incident management experience.
👉 Availability for 24/7 on-call duties.
👉 Ability to manage escalations and processes flexibly.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
👉 Manage 24/7 operations and supervise staff.
👉 Assign tasks, manage resources, and workloads.
👉 Oversee daily IT functions and handle escalations.
👉 Generate reports on uptime, SLAs, and tickets.
👉 Provide on-call support for system issues.
