Position: Assistant Collection Manager
Company Industry: Lending Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary Offer: Php 50,000 basic salary+ Php 5,000 Allowance
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Work Set Up: Work onsite

Job Requirements:
📌Bachelors degree in any related field.
📌At least 1 -3 years as a Collection Specialist.
📌At least 1 year experience in lending industry.
📌Amendable to work onsite.
📌Amendable to work as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:
📌Build a communication bridge between the local area and the headquarters to
assist in system optimization and project implementation
📌Lead the team to complete performance indicators and ensure team stability and growth
📌Organizing team leaders to understand their duties or delegated tasks
📌Monitoring whole teams’ productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching
📌Handle and/or resolve escalated issues from team leaders’ while evaluating risks
📌Regularly conduct staff meetings, individual coaching conversations and
reviews
📌Other tasks assigned by the headquarters
