Location: Parañaque City
Schedule: Shifting Schedule with 2 days off per week

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Open to Taiwanese, Malaysian, and Singaporean
✅Can speak Mandarin to Mandarin VIP guests.
✅Can speak English at a conversational level.
✅Open to Undergraduates and Fresh graduates of any courses
✅Having experience in the Hospitality industry is an advantage
✅Willing to work on shifting the schedule
✅Experience in guest relations is not important but must be passionate about customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB:
✅Provides seamless customer service and ensures guest satisfaction at all times.
✅Assist Mandarin VIPs, Celebrities, and Important Guests using Mandarin language.
✅Build good relationships with Mandarin customers by welcoming them to the hotel.
✅Assist guest with their needs such as snacks, bottles of wine, drinks, and payments.
✅Build guest loyalty to ensure great customer satisfaction.
✅Welcome and invite the VIP guests and explain VIP programs.
✅Provide great customer experience by addressing VIP requests.
✅Maintains professional working relationships with the patrons.
✅Maintains patron's database and updates guest preferences for ease of reference.
✅Acquires potential players to visit and play at the casino and ensures that players are well cared for.
✅Conducts telemarketing, invites new and returning patrons to special events, and endorses promotions to increase revenue.
✅Handles guest complaints, responds, or escalates guest concerns on time.
