JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels in the Philippines that accommodates local and foreign clients/customers.

Position: Mandarin Expat Support for Travel and Visa
Industry: Luxury Hotel and Resort
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Filipinos who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
☑️Filipinos who can speak English
☑️Bachelor's Degree graduate of any courses.
☑️Have At least 2 years of experience in Travel & Accommodation or any administrative-related experience such as billing processing, travel and accommodation bookings, and liaison between the broker and employees.
☑️Experience when assisting EXPAT employees and Familiarity with Google Suite and other asset and supplies management software
☑️Must be comfortable in a customer-facing role, managing multiple internal and external stakeholders across different levels within the organization.
☑️Must be open to learning new tools and ways of working in a multinational setting

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Booking accommodations and flights for expats. This includes researching and booking suitable hotels and flights for Expats, ensuring that all arrangements align with their preferences and schedules. It involves confirming reservations, handling special requests, and coordinating changes as needed to ensure a smooth travel experience.
☑️Coordination of Airport Transfer, Local commuting, and Shuttle Service for Expats.
☑️Arranging and providing support for ex-pats during medical visits. The service involves accompanying them to hospitals or clinics, assisting with translating medical instructions, handling relevant documentation, and ensuring the medical process runs smoothly.
☑️Housing-Related Matters: Move-in, Relocation, Cleaning, etc. This includes searching for suitable new residences for expats, managing the move-in process, coordinating the relocation, and arranging for cleaning services to ensure a smooth transition to the new home. Addressing all aspects from finding a property to settling in and maintaining the living space.
