JOB DETAILS :
Company Profile: One of the luxurious hotels in the Philippines that accommodates local and foreign clients/customers.

Position: Mandarin Executive Assistant
Industry: Luxury Hotel and Resort
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Filipinos who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin
☑️Filipinos who can speak English
☑️Bachelor's Degree graduate of Brand Management, Marketing, or related field.
☑️Having Executive Assistant or Administrative experience is preferred.
☑️Ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.
☑️Knowledgeable in using office software and comfortable with technology and online communication tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Provides administrative support such as daily administration, bill management, and other correspondences.
☑️Information survey, routing correspondences, drafting letters or documents; collecting and analyzing information assigned by superior.
☑️Managing the filing system/maintaining/updating documents in either hard or soft copies.
☑️Coordination between internal staff and external client/service provider if required.
☑️Greeting clients and visitors as needed, including delivery of messages.
☑️Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
☑️Organize offices and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Meeting room reservation and coordinated schedules prior to meetings.
☑️Take comprehensive notes during meetings including distribution of minutes of meetings.
☑️Plan accommodation and ground transportation as required by the superior.
☑️Perform other duties and tasks assigned by the superior from time to time.
☑️Organizing and maintaining office common areas including office supplies.
