The company is one of the world’s largest providers of BPO services to business and government agencies to modernise communication processes with their clients.
Position: Japanese Business Analyst (Work from home / Hybrid)
Industry: BPO Company with Fortune500 Client
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 90,000 - Php 110,000
Schedule: Morning shift (7am to 4pm)
Work Set-up: Hybrid (work from home and work onsite)
Requirements:
✔️ Filipino who can speak, read and write Japanese (Conversational to Business)
English is higher than Japanese
✔️ JLPT passers and Non Passert
✔️ Open to N1, N2 or N3 (JLPT is not a requirement)
✔️ Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
✔️ Must have business analyst experience or someone who is familiar with the role
✔️ Must be graduate of any course (Open to degree holder of any course)
✔️ If no Business Analyst background, Having HRO background is needed
✔️ Candidates with HR or Strong Client Management is open
✔️ Preferably handled HR Account for 2 to 3 years in a BPO or HRO
✔️ Excellent communication skills (oral and written) must be fluent in both English and Japanese language.
Responsibilities:
✔️ Work as a bridge between Business goals and technical team
✔️ Meet with stakeholders weekly to understand their requirements
✔️ Analyse data to identify the trends and improvements to solve issues
✔️ Recommend business process for efficiency and effectivity
✔️ Ensure clear communication of stakeholders, Management, IT teams and end users. Facilitate meeting between Stakeholders and IT technical team.
✔️ Ensure that Business process are complied like attending testing of new systems
