Qualifications:
⭐Korean National proficient in English
⭐Filipino with advanced proficiency in Korean language
⭐Must be Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree or any 4 year course
⭐With at least 1 year of working experience in HR/ ADMIN / SUPPORT role
⭐With working experience in BPO/Shared Services is preferred
⭐Knowledge and experience in HR roles and functions is an advantage

Responsibilities:
⭐Manage inbound calls and requested related to Employment details, Education background, and ⭐Reference check of employees, managers, etc
⭐Verifying employment information to reference checks provided by the employee
⭐Performing background checks and ensuring data provided of the employee on his records are accurate and valid.
⭐Support Local HR Team in improving all HR programs and the implementation
