Qualifications:
💥Korean National present in Philippines
💥Permanent Visa Holders
💥Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
💥Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
💥At least 2 years in College
💥Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
💥Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
💥Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
💥Can start working asap

Job Duties:
💥Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
💥Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
💥Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
💥Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
💥Performs other duties as assigned.
💥Complies with all policies and standards.
