Position: Mandarin Operations Manager

Salary: Php 95,000 - Php 150,000
Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Management or any related course.
☑️Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Tagalog.
☑️Background or at least familiarity with AI technologies and digital platforms.
☑️Experience in Customer Service, Operations or Business-partnership.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️Preparing and proofreading Mandarin Chinese and English materials for model training in company projects.
☑️Connecting and maintaining relationships with overseas writers' teams and partners to ensure smooth collaboration and project execution.
☑️Act as a primary contact person for international operations/office in overseeing current projects.
☑️Manage the overall execution and implementation of project tasks that require engagement in other overseas office.
☑️Negotiate into facilitating agreements, contracts, and terms with overseas partners, ensuring mutually beneficial arrangements that support project goals and objectives.
