JOB DETAILS :

One of the Biggest Travel Agency headquartered in Japan. They have over 200 branches for over 140 cities abroad.
Position: Japanese Executive Assistant
Industry: Japanese Travel Agency
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 70,000 - Php 90,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday (9am - 6pm)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Requirements:
✅Filipino fluent in both Japanese and English
✅JLPT N1-N2 Passers/Level
✅Bachelor’s degree graduate in any course
✅Experience in Japanese company or BPO company is an advantage but not required
✅Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
✅Amenable to work in Makati
Responsibilities:
✅Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
✅Handle Philippine inbound business, including but not limited to Customer support
✅Prepare necessary documents related to the project including but not limited to summary reports
✅Assist the Project Manager and Schedule management
✅Team's KPI management
✅Coordination and support for new projects and new clients

✅Final interview (Face to Face)
