Position: VP Assistant (Earn Upto Php180,000)
Company Industry: Entertainment/Gaming Company
Work Location: BGC Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9-6pm
Salary: Open Budget
Work Set Up: Work on site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
✨ With experience in a senior customer service role, ideally within the gaming or BPO industries
✨ With Experience handling escalated customer situations is a plus
✨ Willing to work in BGC Taguig
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Manage the overall operations for Customer service team including training, recruiting, coaching and performance evaluation
✨ Provide and execute plans to raise customer retention, raise service quality, and improve customer satisfaction.
✨ Take care of and settle customer complaints and issues that have escalated beyond the capacity of front-line representatives.
✨ Increase efficiency, and streamline operations, identify and implement process improvements to improve customer service workflows
✨Analyze KPIs, service performance data, and customer feedback on a regular basis.
✨ Collaborate closely with the product development, marketing, sales, and other departments.
✨ Create, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for customer service.
✨ Provide senior management with thorough reports that showcase team performance, customer satisfaction metrics, and important trends while emphasizing areas of success and room for improvement.
✨ Carry out any additional tasks that are assigned in order to support the organizations and the customer service department's overall success.
