Position: Japanese PowerPoint/Graphics Specialist
Industry: BPO Company/Law Firm
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Shifting (Rotational/Have graveyard shift)
Work Set-up: Work Onsite
Requirements:
✅Filipino proficient in both Japanese and English (oral and written)
✅JLPT N1, N2 N3 Passer or Non-Passer
✅Bachelor’s Degree Graduate of Any Course (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply)
✅Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint; Proficient in MS Word and Excel
✅Experience as a desktop publishing operator or document specialist is an advantage but not required
Job Responsibilities:
✅Produces, re-creates, edits and layouts business presentations and documents using MS Office applications.
✅Translates content from Kanji to English and vice versa.
✅Performs page-by-page quality check (red check) to ensure document or presentation is error free
✅Documents job progress to ensure that hand-over jobs are completed accurately
✅Communicates with clients if there are clarifications about their request
