Qualifications:
🍀Korean National present in Philippines
🍀Permanent Visa Holders
🍀Filipino with business level proficiency in Korean
🍀Must have at least 3 years of BPO Experience as relevant to the role.
🍀At least 2 years in College
🍀Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
🍀Proficient in using MS Office applications and excellent presentation skills.
🍀Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
🍀Can start working asap

Job Duties:
🍀Acting as a liaison between customer and IT groups
🍀Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
🍀Writes detailed business functional requirements documents.
🍀Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
🍀Performs other duties as assigned.
🍀Complies with all policies and standards.
