Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Morning, Mid, Graveyard)
Salary: Php 20,000-34,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Completed 2 years in college (Open for undergraduates)
• With at least 2 years’ experience in BPO
• Experience handling airline account
• Experience in Application or Web based GDS Tools (Amadeus, Galileo, Pegasus, etc.)
• Willing to work Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to consumer questions and give correct information.
• Respond professionally to passenger concerns and grievances.
• Verify adherence to safety rules and airline standards.
• To guarantee efficient operations, coordinate with other airport employees.
• Help travelers with special requirements and make the required accommodations.
• Handle upgrades, cancellations, and modifications to tickets.
• Oversee lost and found things and help travelers find misplaced items.
