Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule (Morning, Mid, Graveyard)
Salary: Php 25,000-37,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Open for undergraduates, vocational courses, SH graduates
• With at least 6 months-1 year experience in BPO
• Experience handling electronics account is advantage
• Experience in chat support or technical support.
• Willing to work Onsite

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Respond to consumer questions and give correct information.
• Respond professionally to passenger concerns and grievances.
• Verify adherence to safety rules and airline standards.
• To guarantee efficient operations, coordinate with other airport employees.
• Help travelers with special requirements and make the required accommodations.
• Handle upgrades, cancellations, and modifications to tickets.
• Oversee lost and found things and help travelers find misplaced items.
