Work Set-Up: On-site
JOB DESCRIPTION:
👉 Provide customer service support based on the scope of work and service level agreements.
👉 Ensure adherence to call quality and quantitative standards.
👉 Address and resolve customer care needs promptly and efficiently.
👉 Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
👉 Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
👉 Excellent English communication skills.
👉 Minimum of 6 months of customer service or relevant experience.
👉 Open to High School graduates, College undergrads/grads.
👉 Willing to work on shifting schedules and holidays as required.
👉 Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
