Position: Japanese Operations Assistant Manager
Location: Pasay
Industry: Recreation Company
Salary: Php 90,000 and above
Work Schedule: 5 days a week(Monday to Friday)
10:00 am to 7:00 pm (9 hours duty including 1-hour break)
Work Set-up: Onsite
Job Requirements:
✅Bachelor's degree
✅JLPT N1-N2 or Non JLPT Passer as long as proficient in Japanese
✅Must have an experience in Marketing and Sales
✅Must have an experience with E-wallet platforms like Gcash and Paymaya
✅Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
✅Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
✅Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and adjust to changing priorities.
✅Must be organized with a strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
✅Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflows across departments.
✅Manage and allocate resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to maximize efficiency.
✅Identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
✅Lead, train, and motivate staff to achieve performance objectives.
✅Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
✅Collaborate with senior management to set operational goals and strategies.
✅Identify risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions.
✅Analyze workflows and identify areas for improvement to enhance productivity.
✅Monitor customer feedback to drive service improvements.
