Position: Health and Safety Compliance Coordinator
Company Industry: Marketing Company
Work Location: Taguig
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: Php 60,000-65,000 gross
Work Set Up: Onsite


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Demonstrated safety officer experience
• 2-3 years of experience in workplace safety and health, ideally in an office or business process outsourcing surroundings.
• At least 3 years above of related work experience preferably in an office or BPO environment.
• Experience in emergency planning and incident reporting is a plus
• Certifications: CPR, First Aid, OSHA, BOSH, or a comparable organization
• Knowledge of regional occupational health and safety laws.
• Proficiency in drafting health and safety policies and reports
• Well-versed in Microsoft Office; practical experience with safety management information systems is advantageous.
• Strong communication abilities with the capacity to introduce and clarify health and safety issues

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•To find the underlying causes and suggest preventive measures to stop recurrence, look into accidents or near-miss situations.
• Examine and update site risk assessments, and collaborate with the management group to
generate SSOW for the designated tasks.
•Assist the Global H&S Manager in making sure that all health, safety, and

• Help the Global H&S Manager ensure that every activity is carried out in compliance.
• Data recording and KPI information
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management efficiency of our business's corporate governance, internal controls, and accounting procedures.
• Encourage a proactive safety culture by involving staff in safety activities.
• Serve as a point of contact for safety-related issues between management and regulatory agencies.
