COMPANY PROFILE:
A contact center providing multilingual customer service to clients in China and the USA. This BPO has been serving several clients, including The Iconic Brand for streetwear. The company is supporting the fans and customers of this leading luxury streetwear brand. Known to be expensive and luxurious, many buyers come from different countries.
Position: Mandarin Client Onboarding Specialist (PIONEER ACCOUNT)
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Manila City
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule | United States Time
Salary: Negotiable
Work Set Up: Temporary Work from Home but the company has been working from home for more than 5 years

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
☑️ Filipino or Fil-Chi who can speak Mandarin & English language
☑️ Experience in customer-facing roles in a technical environment.
☑️ Experience in customer onboarding in a SaaS environment.
☑️ Ability to translate customer needs and various technology platforms to match configured CPaaS products
☑️ Experience implementing new processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams, with a curious mind to understand modern technology and resourcefulness.
☑️ Excellent time and project management skills, task prioritization, and ability to deliver under pressure.
☑️ Experience working closely with sales teams as well as post-sales ie: Support & customer success manager
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
☑️ Responsible for creating an onboarding project plan and managing all tasks and key milestones, providing regular updates to stakeholders along the way.
☑️ You will create processes for a smooth transfer of accounts from Sales / Solutions Engineers for onboarding, and subsequently, a smooth transfer to support after the onboarding has been completed.
☑️ Engage with customers in each step of the onboarding plan, ensure execution of critical setup for all products and channels
☑️ Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and Sales to continuously improve the onboarding workflow based on requests from different enterprise customers being onboarded.
☑️ Working with customers of all segments from self-serve to small and medium-sized businesses as well as Enterprises, providing guided solutions as well as helping drive feature requests to our Product teams.
