Position: Italian Accounts Receivable Analyst
Industry: Shared Services/Biggest Online Marketplace
Location: Pasay City
Salary: Php 80,000 - Php 100,000
Schedule: Midshift or Night Shift schedule
Work Set up: Work onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
➤Filipino or Foreign national proficient in Italian and English language
➤Prior experience of at least 2 years in similar BPO outfit or in Finance & Accounting role as an Analyst.
➤Preferably has working knowledge on Oracle Financials or other Finance ERP tools.
➤Strong cash application background
➤With continuous improvement mindset
➤Willing to work onsite in Pasay City

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
➤Knowledgeable in Accounts Receivable Cash application process.
➤Managing the entire invoicing process, from creation to distribution
➤Collecting and analyzing quantitative data
➤Use data analyses and statistical techniques to develop solutions to guide business decision making
➤Collecting payments from customers, handling missed payments, and streamlining collections
➤Reconciling the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and accurately posted
➤Verifying discrepancies and resolving clients' billing issues
➤Perform other projects and duties as required
➤Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office
