JOB DETAILS :
Client Profile:
The company provides good quality products that are imported and distributed in known restaurants
Position: Retail Head/ Manager
Industry: Manufacturing Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 40,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Sat (Half Day)
Work Set up: On site
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or any related course.
✅ At least 1 year experience in retail management.
Responsibilities:
✅ Supervise, train and assist employees in customer service, store maintenance and product promotions.
✅ Maintain accurate costs and sales information, brand standards within presentations and services and overall client satisfaction ratings for all team members.
✅ Monitors stock levels with sales team and proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, implementing purchasing plans and contacts with suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency in meeting sales goals.
✅ Identify strand brand products, rollick stocks and implement improved service practices and procedures.
✅ Manage all controllable costs with a view to maintaining profitability.
