Position: Korean Airline Account Associate

Requirements:
🍀Filipino fluent in both oral and written in Korean and English
🍀Open to Undergraduates and Degree Holders
🍀With at least 6 Months work experience working in related account (Travel and Hotel)
🍀Willing to work in Shifting schedule
🍀Can working start asap

Responsibilities:
🍀Provide assistance and resolve canceled and requested bookings
🍀Assist clients to alternate accommodation for canceled bookings
🍀Promote company services
🍀Coordinate with Supervisors and IT Dept for solving system errors
🍀Maintain company system to ensure to provide excellent customer service
