Position: Japanese Travel SUPPORT (Japanese Speaking Only)

Location: Cebu
Schedule: 9am to 6pm / 5 days a week only
Salary: P 30,000 to P 40,000
Languages: 70% English and 30% Japanese

Requirements:
🎀Can speak Japanese (Spoken only)
🎀Can read and write (very basic, Japanese speaking fluency is more important)
🎀Open to candidates who are degree holders but not required
🎀Graduate of any course like Hotel, HRM, Business, Management, Communication
🎀Must have great communication skills since this job involves talking about travel
🎀No experience required but must be willing to undergo training
🎀Must be able to work with Filipino and assist Japanese employees

Duties and Responsibilities:

What does a Japanese speaking travel helpdesk do?

🎀Answer emails and calls from hotels about Hotel room promos
🎀Book hotels based on customer requested date
🎀Make reservation to hotels and negotiate based on client’s request
🎀Answer emails from customers asking for hotel upgrade
🎀Coordinate with airline and hotel based on customer preferences
🎀Negotiate the hotel rates for group reservations
🎀Do ocular visit to hotels to understand the travel packages
