Position: Mandarin Creative Assistant

Responsibilities:
✅ Perform general administrative tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, arranging travel, organizing files, preparing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
✅ Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and other inquiries on behalf of the creative department.
✅ Assist in the coordination and tracking of creative projects.
✅ Collaborate with the creative team to ensure project deadlines are met.
✅ Help gather project requirements, distribute briefs, and track project progress.
✅ Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders.
✅ Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and creative best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations.
✅ Assist in gathering data and metrics to evaluate the success of creative projects and campaigns.
✅ Support the planning and execution of creative events, such as photo shoots, video shoots, product launches, or promotional campaigns.
✅ Assist in coordinating logistics, managing vendors, and ensuring the smooth running of events.
✅ Provide assistance to the creative team as needed, such as proofreading documents, editing content, or contributing to brainstorming sessions.
✅ Help maintain brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.

Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree or at least Senior High graduate
✅ Proven experience in an administrative or assistant role, preferably in a creative or marketing environment.
✅ Knowledge of creative processes and terminology is desirable.
✅ Familiarity with design software or digital asset management systems is a plus.
✅ Proficient in Mandarin and English
