Position: Mandarin Client Service Specialist
Industry: BPO Company
Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
Salary: Php 70,000 - PHp 120,000
Schedule: Mid Shift Schedule 2 days off per week (3PM-11PM | 4PM-12AM)
Work Set-up: Work On-site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Can speak, read and write the Mandarin and English language
Has background working as CSR in BPO
Open to work during weekends if required
Open to graduates and non graduates
Willing to work asap


RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Process new account applications and onboard new clients
Communicate with new and existing clients to build strong and reputable relationships
Update and configure existing accounts according to client demand (account maintenance)
Work closely with the Sales team to ensure client needs are met
Provide client support, including technical, operational, and basic trading
Respond to client queries relating to account management
Respond to incoming enquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner
Provide assistance in the creation and implementation of new procedures and processes
