Position: Mandarin HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits)
Industry: Software Company
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work On-Site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English.
Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related major.
1-3 years of working experience in human resources are preferred.
FRESH GRADS are also welcome.
Understanding the local HR policies of the Philippines.
Have experience in Compensation and Benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Responsible for overseeing and effectively managing employee benefits and loan processing.
Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
Defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package
Support hiring procedures, such as finding applicants, carrying out preliminary screenings, setting up interviews, etc.
Participate in performance management procedures, such as gathering data and organizing performance reviews, among other things.
Manage the processes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance in addition to helping with staff management.
Help with employee services, such as answering staff members' questions about HR regulations, benefits, pay, and other topics.
Help with the creation of policies and make sure that the company's rules and procedures are followed.
Additional duties that leaders assign.
