Position: Mandarin Warehouse Management Trainee
Industry: Mobile Technology Company
Location: Pasig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | Monday-Saturday (8:30 am to 5:30 pm)
Salary: Php 40,000 - Php 60,000
Work Set-up: Work On-Site

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
💠Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin at a Conversational level.
💠Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
💠Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
💠Open to Fresh graduates with Organizational experience during college.
💠 Willing to do field work if needed.
💠 Having experience in warehouse management is a big advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
💠 Receives training and performs duties in different designations such as warehouse, inventory, and operations department. Monitor and assist overall warehouse operations.
💠 Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business
💠 Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management
Observe experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for the performance of departmental duties.
💠 Assist import and export process ( from purchase- transit- arrival in warehouse). Inbound and outbound monitoring of stocks & shipments
💠 Coordinate with suppliers for govt mandated permits for importation
💠Warehouse safety and government compliance
💠 Handling Warehouse staff and standards
💠 Can do admin-related work
💠 Translating Mandarin to English and vice versa files.
💠 Able to do employee engagement with Foreign Nationals
💠 Can assist the Manager in client meetings locally and internationally.
