Position: Korean Customer Service Specialist
Industry: IT Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 100,000 - Php 120,000 Monthly (All Basic)
Schedule: Shifting (2 days off)
Work Setup: Work onsite or WFH

Responsibilities:
🍀Responsible for dealing with customer’s complaints and queries.
🍀Communicate with the customer through Live 🍀Chat, outbound calls, emails, and other authorized communication tools
🍀Responsible for coordinating with the Payment 🍀Team regarding customers pending transactions such as deposits and withdrawal
🍀Update records in the system
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
🍀Fluent in Korean language
🍀Open for Basic English speakers
🍀Must be 35 years old below.
🍀Experience in customer service is an advantage but not required
🍀Amenable to work in Makati
