Requirements:
🍀Korean National Proficient in English
🍀Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related courses
🍀With at least 1 to 3 years work experience in Technical Support Positions
🍀Knowledge in JS/NodeJS/REST/JSON is an advantage
🍀Good communication skills
🍀Can start working asap

Job Duties:
🍀Provide language translations support
🍀Ensure technology products works well and meet the high quality standards
🍀Manage smooth workflow and provide prompt solution to technical problems
🍀Identify bugs, technical problems or findings and coordinate with the technical departments
