Position: Mandarin HR Specialist (Compensation and Benefits)
Industry: Software Company
Location: Taguig City
Schedule: Dayshift Schedule (9:00 AM-6:00 PM)
Salary: Negotiable
Set-up: Work On-Site
REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
🍀Proficient in Mandarin and English.
🍀Bachelor's Degree in HR or any related major.
🍀1-3 years of working experience in human resources are preferred.
🍀FRESH GRADS are also welcome.
🍀Understanding the local HR policies of the Philippines.
🍀Have experience in Compensation and Benefits.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
🍀Responsible for overseeing and effectively managing employee benefits and loan processing.
🍀Ensure that compensation practices are in compliance with current legislation.
🍀Defining a fair, equitable, and competitive total compensation and benefits package
🍀Support hiring procedures, such as finding applicants, carrying out preliminary screenings, setting up interviews, etc.
🍀Participate in performance management procedures, such as gathering data and organizing performance reviews, among other things.
🍀Manage the processes for employee onboarding, offboarding, and attendance in addition to helping with staff management.
🍀Help with employee services, such as answering staff members' questions about HR regulations, benefits, pay, and other topics.
🍀Help with the creation of policies and make sure that the company's rules and procedures are followed.
Additional duties that leaders assign.
