Requirements of the job:
✅Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Indonesian language
✅Indonesian national with permanent visa
✅With Airline experience is an advantage
✅With 2-3 years experience in BPO
✅With Airline experience is an advantage
✅Can speak English as well
✅Highschool or college graduates
✅Willing to do customer service to airline customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
✅Answer the concern of the customers via calls, emails or chats.
✅Resolve the airline inquiries/ issue in a timely manner
✅Provide assistance to the Team leader in handling the agents.
✅Maintain a good relationship with the customers and ensure a customer satisfaction
✅Perform other related task
