Requirements of the job:
✅Filipino who can speak conversational to advanced in Indonesian language
✅Indonesian national with permanent visa
✅With Airline experience is an advantage
✅With 1 year experience in BPO
✅Can speak English as well
✅Willing to undergo training about travel terms
✅Highschool or college graduates
✅Willing to do customer service to airline customers

Duties and Responsibilities:
✅Help customers in their concerns via call, chat or email
✅Check the social media inquiries about flight, bookings and luggage concerns
✅Answer inquiries of airline customers about flight reschedule and re-bookings
✅Assist customer in re-booking the flight to another date
✅Provide frequent flyers their mile points or rewards to redeem
✅Convert miles to free flight and other benefits inside the aircraft
✅Answer passengers about their cancellation inquiries, Rates, Reschedule and more
