Position: Junior Sale Supervisor

Salary: Php 25,000-30,000
Work Set Up: Onsite

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in any field relevant to business or engineering.
• Demonstrated sales expertise and a history of regularly hitting or surpassing goals.
• Thorough understanding of Robocylinders, Karakuri systems, and aluminum profiles.
• Strong background in factory automation or a similar field.
• Competence with sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• With drivers license is advantage.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee and guide the sales team to continuously meet and beyond financial goals.
• Create, put into practice, and improve sales tactics that propel company expansion and market share.
• Develop and maintain enduring connections with both current and potential customers.
• Exhibit thorough understanding of our aluminum profile products and actively market them.
• Continually track, evaluate, and report on sales success to make sure it aligns with corporate goals.
• To increase the clientele, find, investigate, and seize new business prospects.
• Keep thorough records of all client interactions, sales activity, and follow-up measures.
