Work Schedule: Dayshift Schedule | (Monday-Saturday)

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
Bachelor’s Graduate of any courses
At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary
Knowledge of computer software such as MS Word, Excel, etc.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Coordination between internal staff and external client/service provider if required.
Greeting clients and visitors as needed, including delivery of messages.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Organize offices and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures.
Meeting room reservations and coordinated schedules before meetings.
Take comprehensive notes during meetings including distribution of minutes of meetings.
Plan accommodation and ground transportation as required by the superior.
