Requirements of Job Application:
☑️ Filipino who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
☑️ Filipino who can speak English.
☑️ Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, ☑️ Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Equivalent;
☑️ Knowledge of the entire accounting process.
☑️ FRESH GRADUATES of Accounting, Finance, or Business-related courses are WELCOME TO APPLY!
☑️ Proficient in Excel Spreadsheet development, including the ability to create formulas and schedules.
☑️ Basic level and some experience in Office Tools (Knowledge, experience, and application of MS Office tools, other project tools, Visio).
☑️ Knowledge of accounting systems (SAP)

Responsibilities of the Job:
☑️ Provides audit support and answers audit queries about processes handled.
☑️ Submits monthly internal control evidence
☑️ Responsible for the delivery of certain assigned tasks: daily business operations and performing accounting procedures related to transactional accounting (Accounts Payable)
☑️ Invoice Handling and Monitoring:
☑️ Check/verification of FI Invoices received
☑️ Determination of FI Approval flow (user key)
☑️ Monitoring invoices; Check/Processing of invoices in Error.
☑️ Performs cost allocation for customs shipping invoices.
