COMPANY PROFILE: This company is a Japanese manufacturing company business that contribute to the market through flavors and fragrance. Before moving on to the production of synthetic scent compounds, this company was founded in 1893 as an importer and marketer of aroma ingredients.
Position: Admin Sales Associate (Earn Up To Php50,000)
Company Industry: Manufacturing Company
Work Location: Quezon City
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary: Php30,000-Php55,000
Work Set Up: Work on Site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
✨ Bachelor degree holder
✨ With 2-3 years’ experience in Importation business
✨ With experience in food additives related task as FDA registration
✨ Amendable to work on site
✨ Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
✨ Coordinating with customer and factory for delivery schedule.
✨ Help sales representatives follow up with clients on orders, modifications, and complaints
✨ Up to date submission of Sales report on the last day of the month.
✨ Report to General Manager
✨ Performing administrative duties such as data input orders into the company NetSuite system and ensure that every order is processed in-line with the delivery requirements of the customers
