REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✨ Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
✨ Bachelor’s Degree in any course
✨ At least 1 year of experience working in the Gaming Industry
✨ Work conscientiously and responsibly
✨ With strong communication skills and the ability to work hard.
✨ Familiar with office work software and skilled in typing

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✨ In charge of game satisfaction and reporting.
✨ In charge of addressing players' queries within the game, offering calm assistance, and documenting any issues.
✨ Communicate with other departments to discuss and verify issues that players face in the game, and help in resolving the issues.
✨ Make customer satisfaction a priority and effectively address customer issues, such as complaints.
✨ Fulfill additional duties given by those in charge promptly.
✨ Daily game observation to ensure timely output and feedback of problems.
