REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
✅Filipino or Filipino-Chinese who is proficient in Mandarin & English.
✅Bachelor’s Degree in any course
✅At least 1 year of experience working in the Gaming Industry
✅Work conscientiously and responsibly
✅With strong communication skills and the ability to work hard.
✅Familiar with office work software and skilled in typing

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
✅In charge of game satisfaction and reporting.
✅In charge of addressing players' queries within the game, offering calm assistance, and documenting any issues.
✅Communicate with other departments to discuss and verify issues that players face in the game, and help in resolving the issues.
✅Make customer satisfaction a priority and effectively address customer issues, such as complaints.
✅Fulfill additional duties given by those in charge promptly.
✅Daily game observation to ensure timely output and feedback of problems.
