Client Profile:
Established non- bank company in Japan that offers financial service to your payments, loans and give convenient options. Considered as one of the biggest and largest non-bank company in Japan. and is now expanding their service here in the Philippines.
Position: Telemarketer Officer
Industry: Financial Company
Location: Mandaluyong City
Work Set up: Work on Site
Salary: Php 30,000-Php 35 ,000
Work Schedule: Weekends Off - 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's Degree in Business or any course.
✅ At least 4-5 years of experience in telemarketing or customer service.
✅ handling sales accounts for bank, financing, or telecommunication companies is an advantage
✅ With experience working in from Banking or Financing Industry.
✅ Amenable to work on site.
✅ Amenable to attend face to face interviews.
Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct outbound call activities to clients with the primary goal of generating applications for auto loan products.
✅ Achieve the agreed number of call attempts, client contacts, and application turn-in ratios at the onset of each campaign.
✅ Follow approved sales and marketing scripts, including cross-selling other relevant products or services.
✅ Accurately manage daily progress and results (using MS Excel, etc.) and report to superiors
✅ Create telecall target data based on certain rules from large amounts of data
