Requirements:
✅ Bachelor's degree or equivalent educational background.
✅ Read and write traditional and simplified Chinese, and you can speak fluently in English.
✅ Knowledge or experience in Supply Chain Management / Retail Operations is a plus.
✅ Friendly, open, and highly motivated to familiarize yourself with a complex subject area and are willing to contribute your multitasking talent.

Responsibilities:
✅ Responsible for operational topics for the China market and working with China Team.
✅ Act as key contact and work closely with our suppliers plus warehouse & logistics partners in China.
✅ Work closely with our global operation team to create the strategy that connects the procedure with your market insights.
✅ Create/optimize the smooth process from product shipment to last-mile delivery.
✅ Collaborate with the Customer Excellence team to address customer concerns.
✅ Monitor closely with the S&OP team the sales velocity, and provide insights for the forecasting of supply.
✅ Oversee and analyze the operational workflow and optimize the procedure.
✅ Create a strategy that automates the process of our cooperation with suppliers/warehouse partners.
✅ Guide the team in managing the operations in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
